1. About Us

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Craft Pantry Designs website and to purchases made from Craft Pantry Designs.

Craft Pantry Designs is part of Sheer Blooms Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing one of our products, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies referenced on our website.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable to your purchase.

2. Our Products

Craft Pantry Designs creates products and resources for makers, artists, handmade businesses and other creative business owners.

Our products currently include digital downloads, printable PDFs, interactive PDFs, workbooks, planners, templates and other digital resources.

Physical editions of selected Craft Pantry Designs products may be displayed or promoted on our website as Coming Soon but are not currently available to purchase.

We may update, modify, discontinue or introduce products from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, printing method, paper, printer or other factors outside our control.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your email address and, where relevant, your billing and delivery information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, payment failure or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund any amount due to you.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency available to you through our store.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted or required by applicable law.

Any applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed or calculated where appropriate during the purchasing process.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their country or region unless these have already been collected or included as part of the order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, customer account or another electronic delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device and software are reasonably capable of opening the file format described on the relevant product page.

Digital products are provided for the use described in these Terms and on the relevant product page.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer to you.

Cancellation and refund rights relating to digital products may differ from those applying to physical products. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Physical Products

Physical editions of selected Craft Pantry Designs products are coming soon and are not currently available to purchase.

Images of forthcoming physical editions may include digital or AI-generated mock-ups intended to illustrate the proposed appearance and presentation of the product. These images are illustrative and may not represent the final manufactured product exactly.

Before physical editions become available for purchase, relevant information regarding production, fulfilment, delivery and returns will be provided or updated as appropriate.

When physical products become available, purchases will also be subject to our applicable Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Craft Pantry Designs website and our original products and materials, including our books, planners, workbooks, journals, PDFs, templates, written content, illustrations, graphics, branding and original page designs, are owned by or licensed to Sheer Blooms Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly give you permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense, share or commercially exploit our products or substantial parts of them.

8. Printing and Personal Use of Digital Products

Where you purchase a printable product, you may print copies for your own personal or internal business use unless the relevant product page states otherwise.

You may not provide the digital file to another person so that they can avoid purchasing their own copy.

You may not upload our digital products to file-sharing websites, shared drives, marketplaces, membership libraries or other platforms for distribution to others.

You may not resell our digital files, whether in their original form or with modifications, unless we have expressly granted you written permission to do so.

9. Your Own Work Remains Yours

Using a Craft Pantry Designs planner, workbook, journal, template or other resource does not give us ownership of your own products, photographs, artwork, designs, business ideas, notes, plans or other original material that you create independently.

References to our intellectual property in these Terms apply to Craft Pantry Designs materials and do not claim ownership over your own creative work merely because you used one of our products.

10. Educational and Business Information

Our products may contain educational, organisational or business information intended to help makers think about topics such as planning, pricing, content, markets and running a creative business.

This information is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Every business is different, and you remain responsible for decisions relating to your own business, including pricing, taxes, finances, legal obligations and commercial strategy.

We do not guarantee that using our products will result in any particular level of sales, revenue, profit, audience growth or other business outcome.

11. Customer Content and Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph or other content to us for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

Where you specifically submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant us permission to use that submitted content for the purposes communicated to you, subject to applicable law.

We will not claim ownership of your underlying creative business or products simply because you submit a review or use a Craft Pantry Designs product.
